My best guess is "Pink Blush". This came from my neighbors garden after she passed. Some succulents from her yard like date back to the 70s. 'Pink Blush' is highly prized for its textured, lance-shaped leaves featuring dark and light green patterns with raised pink ridges and "toothy" pink edges.
